My father, Ken, was known for his incredible sense of humor and his love of motorcycles and spending time outdoors. He brought laughter to everyone around him and was truly loved by all who knew him. Unfortunately inn April, my dad was diagnosed with stage four renal cell carcinoma, and we learned very quickly that his illness was terminal. My dad passed away on July 6th, and his loss has left a huge hole in my life. My dad also leaves behind his 4-year-old grandson, Elliot, his sister, Danielle, and his girlfriend, Michele, who all miss him deeply.

My dad did not have any arrangements in place before he passed, so I am responsible for covering the costs of his cremation and the legal fees required to settle his estate and transfer everything into my name. These expenses have created a significant financial strain for me, especially as I navigate the emotional challenges of losing my father. I am managing all of this while also taking care of my own family, which has made the process even more overwhelming.
