On November 16, 2025 our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. My dad, Juan Carlos and his daughter, Monserrate were taken from us in a senseless act of violence. Losing one loved one is heartbreaking losing two at once is something no family is ever prepared for.

My dad was such a kind hearted man, he worked so hard and did what he could to provide for my little sister, he was so loving and always wanted to put a smile or laughter to everyone around him. Although he had a rough life journey he was always positive and great full with life and his loved ones. His daughter, my little sister Monserrate was only 4 years old, she was so beautiful, joyful, bright, my dad loved her so much she had a whole life ahead of herself. This is so hard and devastating for my family and I. Their lives were stolen far too soon, and our hearts are shattered.

I am creating this GoFundMe to help cover funeral costs, memorial services, and support for our family during this incredibly difficult time. The expenses are overwhelming, and any amount no matter how small will help us honor their lives and begin healing.
