Help Support Funeral Arrangements for Jim Coyne
It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Jim Coyne on April 7, 2025, at Saint Michael’s Hospital in Silverdale, WA.
We are reaching out to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time as Jim’s loved ones navigate the grief of this unexpected loss.
Jim was known and loved by many for his sharp wit, kind heart, and brilliant mind. He brought humor, warmth, and intelligence into every room he entered. Jim spent many years working for the Jefferson County Department of Community Development as a respected Building Inspector. He was known for his honesty, professionalism, and easygoing nature. After retiring, he continued to stay active in the community by working at Arrow Lumber Company—something he enjoyed doing to fill his time and stay connected.
Above all else, Jim was a devoted father to his two daughters, Shelby and Emma. Surrounded by their love—and the love of many family and friends—he passed peacefully.
We are asking for help to ease the financial burden of funeral and end-of-life expenses so that Shelby, Emma, and their family can focus on grieving and honoring their beloved dad. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and is deeply appreciated.
Jim touched the lives of so many. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the light he brought into the world. Thank you for your love, support, and generosity during this time.
With gratitude,
Family and Friends of Jim Coyne
