Help Us Honor Jesus Antonio Perez
Dear friends, family, and compassionate members of our community,
As many of you know, we have searched tirelessly to locate our son, Jesus Antonio Perez, in the water, holding onto hope and love with every moment. Though his body has not yet been found,
our hearts are certain of his passing, and we remain committed to continuing the search.
We know many of you have walked this painful journey with us-through your prayers, your support, and your quiet strength.
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support. Our beloved son, Jesus Antonio Perez, tragically passed away on June 27th, 2025 after succumbing to his mental illness. While we are still searching for his remains, we want to begin planning a memorial to honor his life, his spirit, and the love he brought into our lives.
As we remember Jesus Antonio Perez, we also feel a deep responsibility to shed light on the silent struggles that so many face. Jesus battled with mental illness—a reality that affects millions and yet remains too often hidden in the shadows. His story is not just one of loss, but of love, resilience, and the urgent need for greater understanding and support. If you or someone you love is struggling, please know that you are not alone. Help is available, and healing is possible. Let Jesus’s memory be a reminder to reach out, to listen, and to care—for ourselves and for one another.
This has been an unimaginable time for our family, and we are doing everything we can to give Jesus the tribute he deserves. However, we cannot do it alone. We've created a GoFundMe to help cover the costs of his memorial and related expenses, and we are humbly asking for your help.
Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us closer to giving Jesus the farewell he deserves. If you're unable to donate, please consider sharing our fundraiser with others who may be able to help.
Thank you for standing with us in this time of grief and love. Your support means more than words can express.
With gratitude,
— The Perez Family
