So many of you have reached out and asked what you can do to help me during this difficult time. This is really hard for me to do but the truth is I need help with the cremation cost. My Dad never cared what anyone thought about him so why should I. Financially I’m just getting by and my Dad didn’t have life insurance, or even a bank account. His wishes were to be cremated and he wanted a celebration of life. I want to make that happen and send him off the way he wanted and I need all the help I can get. An amazing family friend has made their establishment and a treasured place to my dad open for a celebration of life. Now I just need to get him cremated and make it happen.

For those of you who don’t know my Dad’s story - 19 months ago he (Jerry) suffered a hemorrhagic stroke to the frontal lobe of his brain. He was left bed bound and unfortunately had to be released to a skilled long term nursing facility. He struggled everyday with how the stroke left him and voiced that regularly. Saturday, July 27th my dad passed peacefully in his sleep. His fight is over but I will continue to fight through and give him the proper send off he requested.
