Help Honor Jazmyne's Gift of Giving

Jazmyne Maria Montoya passed on 4/10/24 surrounded by family. Although she spent a short 19 years on earth, she learned about the gift of giving. Many years prior to her passing, she made the decision to be an organ donor. Jazmyne's bravery has allowed two people on the kidney transplant list successfully receive a kidney. Two infants are potential candidates for heart valves, and many others could potentially receive tissue. Her strength, courage, and love for people has made this possible.
