Hello my name is Janay and I helping my cousin Tina with the administrative burdens that come along with losing a loved one.

It has been six-months since the passing of our beloved Jamilla Smith, we are ready to honor her with a celebration of life to commemorate her legacy. On May 9, 2024, Millie’s remains were discovered, ushering in a fresh wave of grief and sadness for the family. Yet amongst the sadness, we also feel a sense of relief knowing that she has been found and look forward to coming together with family and friends to honor her life in Melbourne, FL.

While grieving Millie’s mother, Tina McCraw, finds herself embroiled in a custody battle with the other grandparents of Millie’s youngest son. Initially agreeing to visitation rights, they have now pursued full custody, necessitating legal representation for Tina.
