James Henry Doran was born to Melvin and Sherry Doran on May 7, 1983. He was a quiet person, except with those he felt close to. James loved anime and creating things, even inventing a D&D-type game with his cousin. But his favorite thing was spending time with his cousins—skateboarding, riding bikes, or playing Halo. He brought joy and creativity to everyone around him.

James was diagnosed with Huntington's Chorea, a hereditary disorder that causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain, affecting movement, thinking, and mental health. Despite the challenges, James remained strong and continued to cherish time with his family and friends. His passing has left a deep void in our hearts.

James’s father is on a fixed income and cannot afford the costs related to cremation and funeral services. All funds raised will go directly toward these expenses. If there is anything left over, it will be donated to the Huntington's Disease Society to help others facing the same battle. James was our nephew, our cousin, but most of all our friend. We are going to miss him dearly, and any support you can offer would mean so much to our family during this difficult time.
