It’s with a heavy heart that I announce the death of my father, Jacob Kiplagat Busienei, who sadly passed on May 18, 2025. He was a loving dad to me and my little sister, a wonderful coach. To many, he was a brother, uncle, and a great friend. He knew how to make friends anywhere and everywhere he went. He’ll always be remembered for his giving nature and explosive personality. He’ll be missed by all who had the fortune of meeting him.

We will have a celebration of life in the form of a service on Friday, May 30th at 3:00 PM, at Daniels Chapel of the Roses Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.
