- On 11/27/24, we received the devastating news that one of my mother-in-law’s youngest sons, Isael Acevedo, passed away at the age of 18 in a tragic car accident the morning of 11/27. To support my husband’s family, I have created this GoFundMe to help with any funeral expenses. Most importantly, I ask that my husband’s family and our beloved Isael be kept in your prayers. Isael was a young man full of life who had just accomplished his goal of becoming a forestry wildland firefighter. Although his life here on earth ended early, his mission of becoming a forestry firefighter was complete, and he is now resting in heaven. He will be extremely missed but never forgotten.
