Gavin Price was such a loving boy. He had a vibrant smile that could light up anyone’s bad day, and his sense of humor and caring nature touched everyone he met. Gavin would go out of his way to help those in need, always putting others before himself. Growing up, he loved Angry Birds and was famous in our family for building amazing giant forts out of pillows and blankets. Those forts became the center of so many happy memories. He was one of the best cousins I could ask for, and his presence brought so much joy to our family.

Yesterday night, our family experienced an unimaginable loss when Gavin passed away unexpectedly. My uncle and his family are facing not only the heartbreak of losing Gavin, but also the financial burden of arranging his funeral and memorial. We want to honor Gavin’s memory and give him the farewell he deserves, but we know the costs will be overwhelming.
