Esther’s mother was the eldest of nine siblings, a loving mother of three, and a devoted wife for 51 years. She was known for her creativity and party planning, making crocheted blankets for everyone she knew and loved sewing and creating things. Her talent for planning parties brought joy to many, and her faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses was a guiding light in her life. She was cherished by her family and community, and was someone who helped others through grief and loss.

After many years of illness, her passing was sudden and left the family unprepared financially. She had always expressed her wish to be buried with her son and mother in Tracy, California, but had not planned for her old age or death. Honoring her final request means arranging for her burial next to her loved ones, and ensuring she is remembered with a new headstone for all three—her, her son, and her mother.
