Help Honor Eric Schulte with a Memorial Bench

Hi my name is Sabrina Huston and I am fundraising for a dear friend Cyndi Schulte that is planning to have a memorial bench created of solid rock for her beloved husband Eric who’s life was cut short by a vicious cancer. The universe set me down 100 yards from their back porch in October 2022 when a house became available on the beautiful Washougal River and I had been searching for 5 years for anything along the river . It was so serendipitous that I ended up near my dear sweet friends at such a difficult time in their life.

Cyndi and Eric bought their property about 15 years ago and cleared it by hand and sheer grit and turned it into a tranquil paradise. Eric LOVED this place and it was shortly after he retired that the battle began to have as much time here as possible. In the photo is an approximate place where his memorial bench will sit for eternity so that his kids and grandchildren can absorb the peaceful view Eric so loved and enjoyed.

Please contribute anything big or small to his memorial bench. It will be a work of art that is befitting the wonderful man Eric was. It will inspire stories of fun and fishing and the beautiful life that his spirit and hard work helped create.
