Help Honor Emily Barnhart — A Loving Mother and Hero Through Organ Donation

Our hearts are shattered as we share that our beloved Emily Barnhart, a devoted single mother to Greyson, beloved daughter to Mike and Becki, sister to Sean & Jared, the most fun aunt, and a one-of-a-kind friend to so many suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke on Tuesday, October 28. Despite the incredible efforts of her medical team, she will not recover. In her final act of love and generosity, Emily will be donating her organs to save the lives of others — a reflection of her selfless spirit and the kindness she showed every day.

Emily wasn’t your average soccer mom — she was her son’s biggest supporter, coach, and cheerleader. She never missed a practice or game and was someone the whole team could go to to know when and where to be for practice and games. She cheered the loudest, kept score, and wasn’t afraid to heckle a ref now and then. As a single mom, she worked tirelessly to provide for her son and always put others before herself.

We are asking for help to ease the heavy financial burdens left behind — medical bills, funeral expenses, and support for her son’s future. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a lasting difference in honoring her memory and ensuring her son is cared for in the way she would have wanted.
