Our hearts are broken as we share the sudden passing of Edgar P. Abesamis on June 7, 2026. Just one day earlier, our family had gathered together to celebrate a joyful milestone, Evan’s 5th birthday. We spent Saturday surrounded by laughter, love, and family, never imagining that within hours our lives would be changed forever. On Sunday, Edgar passed away suddenly at the age of 54, leaving behind his beloved wife, Viviana, and their son, Evan Noah. Edgar was a devoted husband and a loving father who adored his son. Everything he did was rooted in his love for his family and his desire to provide the best possible future for them. His unexpected passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
As we grieve this unimaginable loss, many friends and family members have asked how they can help. In honor of Edgar’s life and the love he had for Evan, we have created this fund to support Evan’s education and future. This Thursday, Evan will turn 5 years old. Instead of celebrating this milestone with his dad by his side, he and his family are facing a reality no child should have to experience. While no amount of money can replace a father’s love, guidance, or presence, we hope this fund will help provide educational opportunities and support for Evan in the years ahead, the kind of opportunities Edgar worked so hard to give his son.
Every donation, no matter the amount, is a gift toward Evan’s future and a way to honor Edgar’s memory. If you are unable to contribute, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Viviana and Evan in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your love and support will help carry Evan forward and ensure that his father’s legacy continues to make a lasting impact on his life.
