Grandma Diana Shuman sadly is graduating from this crazy school we call life, and will soon be on to the next chapter of her story! On the morning of 09/21/25 around 4:30 am we got the call, she had a heart attack and was on her way to the ER, no longer speaking, or very coherent she arrived and within minutes of being there she was told she must be life flighted to Billings for further advanced care. We all quickly got our things together and headed to Billings as soon as we could! Stephanie, (her daughter) arrived in Billings first, and hasn’t left her bedside since. The doctors informed us as the day went on that due to many complications and possible complications that a stent was not an option, and her body would likely not survive or recover from the surgery if they performed open heart bypass. Grandma was able to speak with the doctor herself after several hours, and she asked that we let her go peacefully, that the suffering would stop. It is with sad hearts we make this request for help, but with upcoming funeral expenses, and many unforeseen expenses involved with helping our dear mother, and grandmother get the service she deserves, and laid to rest in peace!
