Diana Chavez’s  daughter. My mother was a strong woman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and amazing friend.

It is a painful moment for our family; we’ve lost my brother Larry in 2022 and my sister Vanessa in 2023. After a courageous 1-year battle with stage 4 gastrointestinal cancer, my mother passed away on August 4, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. My mother was a fighter. Her strength, resilience, and love carried us through the darkest times. This illness took everything we had emotionally and physically.
