Help Honor Daniel Boyd

On September 15th, 2021, Daniel Robert Boyd was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident, leaving behind his wife Brittany, his father Bill, brothers Ian and Brandon, and many beloved friends and fur babies.

Daniel was a native son of Southern California, and spent his early childhood in Kaneohe, Hawaii before moving back to Riverside. He was an alumni of Poly High School, where he met his wife and made and maintained lifelong friendships. Daniel committed much of his time to the JROTC program at Poly, and was dedicated to the service of others from an early age.

Daniel became a Peace Officer with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in 2017, and was also a volunteer with the Riverside Police Department. Daniel had a deep need to serve his community, and spent his entire life working to accomplish that goal. He cared deeply for his brothers and sisters in law enforcement, and was proud to don his uniform daily.

While Daniel's young life was cut short at the age of 36, he lived it to the fullest.

Many people have reached out to ask how they can donate to his wife, Brittany, and we wanted to ensure that we created a space to do so. All donations will be deposited directly into her account and used for funeral and cost of living as she moves through this life altering and devastating event.

Services for Daniel are currently being worked on, and this page will be updated once funeral arrangements are finalized.
