Cory was a brave, strong 19-year-old who loved riding his BMX bike, skateboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming. He was always happy and active, bringing energy and joy to everyone around him. Above all, Cory loved his family more than anything, and I loved him deeply. We spent three beautiful years together, and he became my soulmate. Even though he’s no longer here with me physically, I know he’s watching over me and wants me to keep going.

Cory’s passing was sudden and heartbreaking—he died from a gunshot wound, something none of us could have ever expected. The pain of losing him is overwhelming, and now we have to give him the farewell he deserves.
