Help Honor Cheryl's Memory with a Proper Farewell

Cheryl Webb - or better known to those who loved her dearly as, mom and grandma. On June 21st, 2024, an unexpected and devastating tragedy occurred. My father, her spouse of 46 years, found her on the verge of death and was able to call an ambulance with the help of Lucas - her second son and my brother. On the way to the ER, she was resuscitated inside the ambulance. Two days prior to the 21st, Cheryl had been experiencing extreme vomiting and couldn't hold anything down. We thought it was just a stomach bug that rest would resolve, because anyone who knows her, knows her strength and willpower. To our utter dismay, after hours of procedures, a ventilator, and an induced coma - she lost her fight. We're waiting on the autopsy to find out the actual cause of such a beautiful life being taken from this earth. Up until the end, she continued to fight as hard as she could, even needing restraints due to trying to pull out the ventilator.
Our mother deserves the absolute best funeral services but as a family, we have very little funds. There is no insurance for the hospital costs nor life insurance to fall back on. Cheryl spent the last eleven years as the best waitress at HuHot Mongolian Grill in Sandy, Utah. I was beyond lucky to have the opportunity to work alongside her and see the effect she had on so many customers, many of whom adored her. Today, I'm putting aside all ego and asking for help. Help to give her the best funeral and financial relief to my father from the outrageous hospital bills. If you knew Cheryl - you knew she was an amazing woman and loved her children and grandchildren more than words. She would give the shirt on her back for any family member and had so much unconditional love. I am so blessed to not only call her my mother, but my absolute best friend and the bestest friend to my almost one-year-old son. Mom. We love you so very much.
