This fundraiser is for the family of Chadwick Brent Fields, Sr., of Fayette County, Kentucky, who unexpectedly and tragically passed away on August 7, 2025. They are in need of support.

We are the co-workers of his daughter, Kayla Fields, and we would like to help in any way possible.
