Help Honor Baby Jahmir's Memory

Hi my name is Abigail Brown. I’m raising this go fund me for a close friend of mine Valerie Kahn, who just lost her four week old baby boy Jahmir. He was born with CDH which means the muscles in the diaphragm do not grow together, leaving a hole. This can occur on the left or right side of the chest. Baby Jamir's diaphragm did not develop correctly while inside his mom. He was expected to be delivered at Winnie Palmer hospital in Orlando. He was delivered about a week before his due date with knowledge that he would be having surgery and would be there 6-8 weeks after birth. Unfortunately there were complications during surgery and afterwards, during his stay in the NICU. To our devastation baby Jamir lost his battle and has passed on. His mother and father stayed at the Ronald McDonald house to stay close to him everyday. This means they missed work and extra funds. We would love to have a service or celebration of life for baby Jahmir. Anything donated will go straight to a celebration for Jahmir and his parents that are dealing with an unimaginable loss.
