Help Honor Alicyn Jada Diggle

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alicyn, who left us too soon at the tender age of 18. Alicyn passed away due to complications from diabetic ketoacidosis on January 22nd 2025, leaving a void that can never be filled.  

From the moment she came into our lives, Alicyn brought an extraordinary light and joy. Her laughter was infectious, and her kind-hearted spirit touched everyone she met. Whether she was brightening a room with her radiant smile or offering a shoulder to lean on, Alicyn had an innate ability to make others feel valued and loved. She took care and interest in everyone she met giving a piece of her light to everyone so they could shine brighter than they would have without her. Her selfless love and compassion for others will be deeply missed but never forgotten.  

She was an extraordinary friend, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, artist, and student known for her boundless positive energy and unwavering optimism. Her creativity and passion for life inspired those around her, and her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.  

Alicyn is survived by her parents Wyndee and Brian, her loving siblings Clayton, Lily, Ella, and Preston, and an extended family and close friends who will forever cherish her memory. Though she was with us for only 18 short years, her impact was immeasurable, and her spirit will remain a guiding light in our lives.  

A celebration of Alicyn's life will be held on March 1st, 2025, from 1pm to 6pm at Hillcrest Lodge 1717 South 13th Street Mount Vernon, WA 98274 where we will gather to honor her memory and the joy she brought into our lives.  

Though all of our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we take comfort in knowing that Alicyn's beautiful soul will forever shine brightly in our memories. Rest in peace, dear Ally. You will be missed more than words can express.
