Hi, my name is Shania, and I am one of Alex's many sisters.

With a heavy heart, I’m reaching out to ask for help during the most difficult time of our lives. Alex passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday night. Out of respect for her privacy, we are not disclosing details—but this loss was sudden, heartbreaking, and has left a deep void in all of our lives.

Alex was a daughter, a sister, an aunt and someone who dedicated her work to helping others in the medical field—and above all, a devoted mother. She leaves behind three young, beautiful children who now face a world without their mom. Our family is doing everything we can to rally around them and give them the love, support, and stability they deserve.

We are raising funds to cover her cremation and memorial service, provide keepsakes of her ashes for each of her children—so they always have a piece of her to hold onto—and to support her children with essentials and emotional needs during this incredibly fragile time.

This isn’t just about funeral expenses. This is about honoring Alex’s life and making sure her kids are cared for in the days, weeks, and months ahead.
