Help Honor a Beautiful Life and Loving Heart

My name is Jennifer, I am reaching out to all my family and friend's in asking for donations for my beautiful sister Jessica who lost her battle of liver disease. She has gonna through alot of pain this past week and we would like to send my sister off the proper way with the help of all of you.
