Help Honey With Treatments & Medications

This is my beautiful kitten, Honey. He’s just 6 months old and has always been a happy, healthy, and affectionate little companion. Sadly, everything changed at the beginning of June.

Honey began experiencing vomiting, constipation, and a sudden loss of appetite. After several vet visits and hospital stays, an ultrasound revealed inflammation in his colon. Despite being fully vaccinated just two months earlier, his test results came back positive for Panleukopenia — something that shocked both me and the vet.

Since then, Honey’s journey has been a rollercoaster. Some days he improves, and other days we take two steps back with him having diarrhea or loss of appetite. He’s been on ongoing medications and now needs to see an internal specialist. It’s possible he may be suffering from inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), but we won’t know for sure without further testing and specialized care.

So far, I’ve spent over $5,000 on Honey’s treatments, tests, and medications — and we’re still searching for answers. His care will require several more visits, more tests, and possibly thousands of dollars.
