An Update on Sonny’s Journey

It is with heavy hearts that we share another update on Sonny’s courageous battle with T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia.

Over the past several months, Sonny has fought with a strength and bravery far beyond his years. He endured countless hospital stays, chemotherapy, and even experimental treatments, all in the hope of beating this terrible disease. Through every setback, Sonny continued to smile, inspire those around him, and remind us what true courage looks like.

Today, we are devastated to share that the doctors have told Honey that Sonny’s little body can no longer continue the fight. After exhausting every treatment option available, they have given him only a few days to live.

As unimaginable as these words are, we know that our God has the final say. We are believing in His love, His mercy, and His power. We ask everyone reading this to join us in praying for Sonny. Pray for peace that surpasses all understanding, for comfort, for strength, and for a miracle. We know that even in the darkest moments, God walks beside us, and we continue to place our faith in Him.

Honey has remained by Sonny’s side every step of the way, refusing to leave him during this heartbreaking journey. She has also continued to do everything she can to care for her other children while carrying a burden that no parent should ever have to bear. The emotional, physical, and financial toll has been overwhelming.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking our family, friends, prayer warriors, and community to continue surrounding Honey and her family with love and support. Every donation will help relieve the financial burden so Honey can focus entirely on being present with Sonny and her children without the added worry of everyday expenses.
