This fundraiser is for our dog Honey. This sweet boy just turned 9 on Valentine's Day.

About a month ago, he had a slight limp, and we took him to the vet. After looking at X-rays, our vet believes he has a cruciate ligament tear in his left knee. They recommend that we try to get him TPLO surgery. The low end of the cost of surgery is $5,550, and the high end is $10,000.

We have gone through lots of financial hardships over the past few years and then also had to say goodbye to our dog Bella in the midst of this new form of chaos. We have tried to just keep him calm and sedated with the help of our vet until we can figure out how to do this for him. Even with bed rest and anti-inflammatory meds, he is now not using that leg at all or touching his toes to the floor. He is also crying a lot because he is in pain and extremely bored. This is all so heartbreaking, and we are trying everything we can to get him to a place where he is able to run and be happy again.
