Help Honey Bun Get The Care She Needs

Hello everyone, I am organizing this GoFundMe to help raise money for my sister's cat, who has been recently diagnosed with Thymoma.

Meet Honey, aka Bunny/Honey Bun. During one of Honey Bun’s regular vet visits, her primary veterinarian performed an X-ray scan on her, and unfortunately, the results showed that she had a mass growing at the front of her heart. The mass was visible regardless of which side she was lying on. The diagnosis of the mass was quite unusual because Honey Bun had previously shown no obvious symptoms besides snoring/wheezing while she slept or lay in a specific position.

A visit with the oncologist was recommended for Honey Bun, and she has since then been diagnosed with thymoma. Thymoma is a slow-growing mass that usually affects older cats. Still, it is very unusual for Honey Bun to develop this kind of mass, considering she is only six years old. Since her diagnosis, it is now obvious her snoring/ wheezing was due to her having difficulty breathing because the mass is pushing against her lungs. The medical professionals would like to proceed with a CT scan to determine how invasive this mass is and with surgery to remove it.

This has been a very challenging journey for both Honey Bun and me, and I want to get her the care she needs. I rarely ask for help, but it seems like now is the time when I need the most support I can get.
