Hi, I'm Hafsa and I am fundraising on behalf of a loved one that is facing homelessness.

I have personally known her for many years and can advocate that she is a kind, generous young Muslim woman who has always given to those in need. As she struggles to ask for help and prefers to remain anonymous, I am fundraising on her behalf.

Most recently, she has been living in sublets that were physically unsafe for a young woman. After spending months living in housing insecurity and surviving unsafe situations as a result, she is feeling exhausted, with no savings or financial support from family. Due to her migrant status and issues with her Visa, she has been denied access to social housing and state support.

This fund is primarily to support her with housing costs that can provide physical and mental stability. She has been able to secure an internship, but housing insecurity jeopardises this pivotal opportunity.

My friend has been consistently active in supporting others in vulnerable situations. It would be great if we could support her; this would go a long way towards offering stability and mental relief.

Any donation, no matter how little would be vastly appreciated!

Thank you,

Hafsa
