HELP HOMEGROWN FOODIE FOOD TRUCK STAY IN BUSINESS

We received unfortunate news today. We were informed that due to changes in the existing fire code regulations, we need to install a fire suppression system in our current ventilation hood. Being a small, family business, this is devastating to us as it costs close to $3000, which is $3000 we don't have. We are required to have it before we serve food again, even before our next major scheduled event on the 27th, which we have already paid a large vendor fee for. We have two options. One, shutdown the food truck for the rest of the year, or until we have the money, and miss out on so many opportunities to serve our community delicious food. Or two, ask for help. We would not ask if we had any other options. We are starting this GoFundMe in order to keep our business open and continue serving our customer base.
