Help Holly and Lamar Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and anyone willing to lend a hand,
On Wednesday, November 20th, my grandma, Holly, and her husband, Lamar, experienced a devastating tragedy when their home was completely destroyed by a fire. In an instant, everything they owned—priceless memories, cherished belongings, and their place of comfort—was gone.
Thankfully, both Holly and Lamar made it out safely, and we are so relieved that they are okay. However, this has been especially tough because Lamar is a disabled Vietnam Veteran and a cancer survivor. My grandma Holly, who’s a retired VA nurse, has spent her entire life caring for others. Whether it was through her work or taking care of family, she’s always put others first. Now, she’s taking care of Lamar while trying to rebuild their lives from scratch.
We’re hoping to raise $50,000 to help with:
• Finding temporary housing
• Replacing the basics like clothes, furniture, and household items
• Covering food and groceries to keep them going
• Starting the long process of rebuilding their home so they can have a safe place to live
Every little bit helps, whether it’s a donation, prayers, or sharing this fundraiser with others. We know times are tough, and we’re so grateful for anything you can do to support Holly and Lamar during this difficult time.
Thank you for helping us give them hope and a fresh start.
On behalf of our whole family with love and gratitude,
