Help hit and run victim and his family

Hi my name is Danea , I am fundraising on behalf of my son (in the photo)

On August 6th my son was involved in a hit and run while riding his 50cc moped home, the person who hit him left him seriously injured in the road .

My son suffered a cardiac arrest ,a collapsed lung, broken wrist , dislocated knee and facial injuries

All of the physical injuries will heal , pychologically though is a different story almost six months on my son still gets flash backs to the accident , anxiety attacks , can't sleep .my usual outgoing chirpy teenager is now a shadow of his former self ..

My son's ambition since he was 13 was to join the army infantry soldier, he's now been told because of his injuries that they cannot accept him .. this is a huge disappointment to him, I'm a single mum and would love to raise some pennies to take him on holiday somewhere just to see my son smile again .. the woman who hit him has got 18 weeks in prison and we feel let down by the justice system , I just want my son to try and get his confidence back ..
