Hello, I'm Ashley the owner of Hippie Turtle Herbal Co. An independent & family run, eco-friendly, health & well-being brand committed to providing wellness products to suit every lifestyle. We aim to provide premium quality health supplements that don't cost the Earth.. or damage it either. We specialise in products to help relieve pain, improve sleep and ease stress & anxiety.

I started the business due to my own health issues, following a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis I went from being very active with a manual job, to struggling with very simple movement. A lifelong dependencey on immune surpressing drugs wasn't the path I wanted to take, so I began experimenting with herbal and natural remedies. Realising the benefits nature had to offer, I wanted to use this knowledge to help others and decided to create Hippie Turtle.

I'm proud to say we've had amazing success stories from our customers and have been able to make a positive impact on many lives in our local community and nationwide. We've also been very active in supporting grassroots sports within the UK, encouraging the importance of good nutrition and recovery within sport.

Whilst the business has seen some great successes, including winning Start-Up Business of the Year 2022 at the Sheffield Business Awards, like many other independent businesses we've felt the crunch in recent months.

With increased operating costs, decreased staff, cost of living increases and setbacks with digital marketing, it's been very challenging to maintain cash flow and reach new audiences in such a competitive industry.

This combined with a new addition to the Turtle family with the birth of our first son River, has meant reduced hours, lack of sleep and struggling to hit all the daily tasks required to really drive the brand forward to make Hippie Turtle the business we know it can be.

To keep the business alive and continue to provide benefits to our customers old and new, we need to outsource extensive and costly marketing campaigns. Without this Hippie Turtle will no longer be able to keep operating. As we've poured our heart and soul into this business over the past few years, we're committed and determined to make this campaign work.. but we need your help to do it!

We appreciate everyone is feeling the pinch at the moment but we'd be truly grateful for anything you can spare. If we can reach the target, the resulting marketing will save Hippie Turtle Herbal Co and enable us to reach wider audiences and help many more people live happier, healthier lives.

If we overfund, any additional funds will go toward saving real turtles by donating to the Turtle Foundation.
