Who We Are

Hillside Equestrian Meadows is more than just a farm. It is a sanctuary for animals and humans who need a safe and loving place to heal and grow. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals who have been neglected, abused, or abandoned. We also provide therapeutic programs for people who struggle with mental health, addiction, or trauma. We believe that animals and humans can help each other heal and find joy in life.

Our Latest Rescue. Last night, we welcomed two new members to our Hillside family Aurora and Dakota. These are two horses who were in desperate need of care and attention. We don't know much about their past, but we can tell that they have suffered a lot. They are malnourished, dehydrated, and have various wounds and infections. They also show signs of fear and anxiety around humans. We don't blame their previous owner, who may have been overwhelmed or unable to provide for them. We are just thankful that we were able to get them in time and bring them to our farm.

These two horses have a long and difficult journey ahead of them. They need to regain their health, strength, and trust. They need to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. They need to learn that they are not alone, and that they have a new home where they can be happy and free. They need a lot of care and support, and that's where you come in.
