Help Hillary with Medical Expenses

My name is Karen and I’m a friend of Hillary Horn. Hillary has been on quite the health journey starting March of 2021. Last year brought more serious testing and investigation with endocrinologists and other specialists. At the end of 2022 Hillary was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/000348.htm . She has been undergoing extensive testing, imaging, and now moving into more invasive procedures. She had a procedure on 3/24/2023 that located the source of the disease in her pituitary gland in her brain. Next steps are to do another MRI, schedule her for surgery to remove the tumor in her brain, and help her get back to living her life with more normalcy.

With all the specialist visits, extensive testing, multiple procedures, and travel expenses, Hillary has accumulated quite a bit of medical debt. To help her out we are hoping to raise $10,000 to help cover her health insurance deductible for surgeries this year and also help with the 2022 medical treatments.

04-19-23 UPDATE: Hillary had another brain MRI this morning which clearly showed a 4mm tumor on her pituitary gland. She immediately met with a surgeon who is planning on removing the tumor on May 8th. Please continue praying for Hillary as she prepares for surgery. Thank you all for your generosity and kindness!!
