In May of 2018,  Hilda Torres was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.  After surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, she went into remission. It has been 2.5 years and, unfortunately, her cancer has come out of remission.

She now has stage 4 breast cancer which has metastasized into her liver, spine, and brain.

She will be enduring chemotherapy once again, beginning 5/4/21.  She will have the tumor in her brain removed on 5/20/21.
She is optimistic that she will beat this like she did before!
