I’m Hilary, I’m 33, and I’ve been living with Parkinson’s Disease since I was 14 years old.
At the age of 23, I tried CrossFit for the first time. Over the past decade, this sport has become so much more than fitness—it’s become my community, my therapy, and my way to fight back against a progressive disease that tries to limit me every day.
I’m incredibly proud (and honestly a little stunned) to say that I’ve been invited to compete at the 2025 CrossFit Adaptive Games this September. It’s something I’ve poured years of sweat, struggle, and stubbornness into—and now, I’m almost there. But I can’t get to the Games alone.
I’m asking for help to raise the funds I need to get to the Games without putting the financial strain on myself.

Why It Matters
Competing at the CrossFit Adaptive Games isn’t just about me. It’s about showing what’s possible when you refuse to let a diagnosis control your story. It’s about raising awareness for young-onset Parkinson’s. And it’s about representing the incredible adaptive and CrossFit communities that have supported me every step of the way.
I’ll be hosting a fundraiser this summer ! Details coming soon if you'd like to get involved.
Thank you so much for believing in me. Every donation, share, or kind word brings me closer to that Games floor—and I promise to give it everything I’ve got when I get there.
With love,
Hilary
