Help Highmarket Inn Recover from Fire
Donation protected
Hey there, friends and Highmarket Inn family,
Last night, our little corner of the hill turned upside down. A fire tore through Highmarket Inn, leaving us reeling from the aftermath.
While the building still stands and we will rebuild, the damage from water and smoke is extensive. And with the power cut, we're facing the reality of losing most, if not all, of our perishable inventory.
Highmarket Inn isn't just a business to us—it's our heart and soul. My dad and I have poured everything we have into creating a space where laughter, camaraderie, and good times are top priority.
Now, we're faced with the daunting task of picking up the pieces and starting over. It's going to take time, effort, and yes, money, to get back on our feet.
One of the biggest expenses we're grappling with is the loss of uncovered liquor and food, which amounts to upwards of $15,000 along with what I foresee being months of lost business serving you amazing people. We are also going to be giving back to those who help us along the way. So, we're turning to you, our amazing community, for help. If you've ever shared a meal with us, raised a glass, or simply felt at home within our walls, we're asking for your support.
Every little bit helps—from a kind word to a small donation. Let's rebuild Highmarket Inn, stronger and better than ever before. Thanks.
