Hey friends!

I wanted to share that our dear friend Hex Kuntova (also known as Alex) was struck by a car in a hit-and-run while walking on New Year’s Eve. The driver fled the scene. Hex was admitted to the hospital with a concussion and internal bruising. Thankfully, there were no major breaks, but it’s still a serious situation, especially as they were already recovering from a leg injury.

Right now, Hex needs rest, time, and space to heal while closely monitoring concussion symptoms. Unfortunately, that means taking time off work during an already difficult moment. We’re hoping to raise some funds to help ease the financial pressure so Hex can focus on recovery instead of rushing back before they’re ready. We know this is a tough time for many, but if you’re able to donate, even a little, it would make a real difference.
