Help Hero Get the Medical Care He Needs

Hello, my name is Josiah Betterton. Most call me Joey. Im extremely new to this so bare with me. I have a German Shepherd/ Husky named Hero and he really needs help..Hero is very sick, and I'm afraid it's something really bad. I got Hero as a puppy right about the time COVID shut the world down, from start I knew he was going to be special. By far the best dog Ive ever had! The best friend I've ever had as well. People who know me..know what hero means to me! If im there so is hero. He so important to me!! We have been through so much the past few years and Im so worried that I might lose him. With your help ..your donations and prayers im almost positive Hero will be ok. As you know vet bills are so expensive..Hero first visit was 05/28/25 at 4 Paws in Bakersfield Ca. There he was treated for an ear infection and a infection on his paw pad due to seasonal allergies. Hero also had a basic blood test ran and i guess everything came back ok..cost for that day at the vet was almost $1100.00. And 2 weeks later ...hero is sick still. All the symptoms are back. No energy..trouble breathing!! Heart rate is high at times..just sleeps and sleeps and sleeps. It makes me so sad because Hero is so beautiful! He represents life ! Has helped me so much when I have been down ...Hes always made it better! ...and unfortunately i am not in a place financially to help him when he needs it most. Hero is my world!! The one consistent thing, day in and day out. Always there to motivate me or make me want to do better. He deserves better. I'm asking for you to please help Hero. The vet estimate ended up being $400 more then planned and they didn't do xrays yet..$1100 for day 1...and day 2 is approaching fast ..
