Help and Support is needed

My name is Clara Mancini, also known as Julie. I am currently battling stage 4 ovarian cancer, which has spread to my lung, liver, diaphragm, and spleen. Back in September 2024, I started having complications with my bowels, and doctors even ran tests and were just treating it as an obstruction. My pain started getting worse, and in January 2025, I went to the emergency room. After tests and scans, the doctor said my ovaries have tumors, and in February, the oncologist did more scans, and the test results came back indicating that the cancer has now spread to my lungs, liver, diaphragm, and spleen. On March 20, I had my first round of chemotherapy. I will be off from work for some time because I will be having chemotherapy every third week, with three more on the schedule. The doctor hopes that after three to four chemotherapies, the cancer may shrink enough for surgery, which would be a full hysterectomy and removal of my ovaries. If I am able to have surgery, then his plan is 3 more chemo treatments. So you see I'm going to be off work for some time and I'm going to need help with living expense bills utilities as well as medical bills. Any help would be appreciated and Thank You in Advance.
