We are helping a friend in Hungary get her smile back.
We met a woman here in Hungary who is doing everything she can to improve her situation in life. She is hard-working and dedicated to making a good life for her family. For some years she had a lot fo stress and family obligations and she neglected her health and as a result lost almost all of her teeth and all most from the upper jaw.
As she says, "I am not the kind of person who just sits around and wait for the roasted turkey to fly in the window (as we say in Hungary )". All the money she makes has gone to support her daughter's dream of becoming an gymnast. Her daughter has done well and she derives deep satisfaction from supporting her daughter. She is eager to work and is doing so and we know she could be more successful if she had the confidence one has when they can lead with a full smile.
Our wonderful dentist in Budapest offered and begun doing all of his services for free. He has cleaned and cleared and made her mouth ready for implants. The only charges she will incur will be things he has to outsource such as the implants themselves.
Szilvi can get her smile back as soon as we are able to raise $2600. She is eager to start smiling so she can brighten other's days!
