Today marks day 20 in the Intensive Care ICU. This afternoon, she finally got her ventilator tubes out and immediately went into surgery to replace it with a tracheostomy. She is still fighting a blood infection, pneumonia, and a fungal infection. They got her sitting up today with assistance from the lift to try and expand her lungs and build her strength back up.

This will be a long road, I know she has the fight in her but please keep praying and I will keep sending updates as often as I can! We are on the right track finally!
