Missy’s story is nothing short of a miracle.

She’s been on the euthanasia list more than once, waiting for someone to see her — and every single time, she’s beaten the odds. This last time, she was pulled to safety at the very last minute, finally getting to experience what love feels like after almost losing her life again.

But Missy’s road hasn’t been easy. She has to be an only pet, which made finding her a forever home so much harder — because most families already have animals of their own. Still, we never gave up on her. There’s been a whole team of people behind the scenes — coordinating, networking, and working around the clock — all believing that Missy’s happy ending was out there somewhere.

And now, the miracle we’ve been hoping for is here.

Her new mom has opened her heart and home to this special girl, and we’re all still in shock (the best kind). After everything she’s survived, Missy finally gets the life she’s always deserved — we just need help getting her there.
