We are raising funds for Jacalyn Cook. She is in stage 4 of chronic kidney disease and is needing help to get a kidney transplant and pancreas. She started dialysis and is needing help badly as she fights for her life. She is currently at Saint Michael's Hospital and is admitted in room S326.
