Help Henry return to work as a therapy dog at Addenbrookes

Hi my name Henry and I am a three year-old golden retriever, I am told I am a very special boy as I work as a therapy dog at Addenbrookes Hospital and we were soon hoping to start spending some time at the Arthur Rank hospice too.

Sadly, when I was out on a walk with my friends I was involved in a collision with a car. I was rushed to the vets and was then transferred to Dick White referrals in Newmarket, they looked after me so well.

sadly, one of my rear feet had been crushed when the car hit me, with other injuries to. Unfortunately my leg was not good for a foot implant, so the surgeon said he would have to remove my whole leg.

everyone has been so amazing, but Many people have asked my family what can we do for you?. As you can imagine I will need continued support, rehab and time for my recovery.

My mum and dad have told me that I have been put on this planet, not just to be a pet, but as a therapy dog, I love to help and support anyone who finds themselves in a difficult situation (even when I am down the local pub with my friends).
