Help Henri Diaz and his Family
Donation protected
Henri Diaz is a member of the Marin Catholic Maintenance Team and works a second job at night cleaning Marin Catholic for MP Cleaning. Originally from Guatemala, Henri came to the United States in 2010 to provide a better life for his wife and two-year-old son Warlyn. With his green card, Henri was able to return to Guatemala to visit his family each year and is now working to become a full U.S. citizen. While living far away, Henri's wife gave birth to his daughter Ashley, who is now seven years old. Warlyn is 12 and misses his father immensely.
After years of long legal work, on September 30 Henri was blessed with the news that his family could legally move to the United States. They will arrive on October 31 and the entire MC community is overwhelmed by the reunification of family for Henri. Through his daily witness, Henri has deeply impacted Marin Catholic through his huge heart, incredible witness, hard work, and his spiritual gift of humility. Henri is the first to help anyone on campus, and now it is our turn to help Henri and his family in what will be both a beautiful and difficult transition to life in the United States.
The Campus Ministry intern students have a bold goal of finding housing and helping financially support the Diaz Family with $6,000 to handle the initial housing costs. Please give as you are able and please also commit to praying for the Diaz family in the months to come.
