Henna is currently hospitalized at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire and preparing to undergo her fourth surgery in five years as she continues to battle severe complications from Crohn’s disease. Even more devastating — this marks her fifth hospitalization this year alone.

This has taken a heavy physical, emotional, and financial toll on her and her family.

Henna is more than her diagnosis. She is a mother, a partner, a friend — and the kind of person who is always the first to show up when someone she loves is struggling. Right now, her husband Evan is their only source of income while she remains hospitalized out of state, away from home. The ongoing medical care, travel costs, time off work, and everyday living expenses are piling up quickly.
