Help Hend's family to survive

Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

Je suis Meyssane Soliman et je lance cet appel aux dons pour ma famille à Gaza. Je reviens vers vous pour aider un autre membre de ma famille qui a besoin de notre aide pour survivre aux conditions inhumaines et les déplacements forcés à Gaza.

Cette famille est au bord de l'épuisement physique et psychologique.

Hend est l'une de mes cousines. Elle est biologiste de formation et travaillait avant la guerre dans un laboratoire médical. Elle est mariée à Mohammed qui est avocat. Ils ont trois beaux enfants, Yousef 9 ans, Ahmed 8 ans et Diana 3 ans.

Ils étaient heureux malgré les difficultés de la vie à Gaza et avaient l'espoir d'un avenir meilleur pour leurs enfants.... et la guerre a éclaté, brisant leur vie et tous leurs rêves.

Ballotés d'un endroit à autre dans la petite bande de Gaza, ils vivent dans la peur et l'effroi en redoutant le prochain bombardement.

Du sud de la bande de Gaza, ils ont été déplacés à Zawayadah et ont vécu des jours très très difficiles. Ils ont ensuite été contraints de se déplacer à Rafah. Puis l’ordre a été reçu d’évacuer pour une autre destination. Voilà leur quotidien, errer d'un endroit à un autre, en quête de sécurité qu'ils n'ont plus nulle part d'ailleurs, à la recherche de nourriture, d'eau potable, de médicaments.... Ils vivent dans une tente dans le froid glacial de l'hiver ou la chaleur caniculaire de l'été depuis 10 mois et dorment à même le sol, n'ont pas accès à l'électricité, au gaz ni aux sanitaires...

Nul besoin de vous décrire leur profonde souffrance et le degré de précarité et de vulnérabilité dans lequel ils vivent. La guerre continue avec son lots d'horreurs quotidiens et l'espoir d'un cessez le feu s'éloigne chaque jour un peu plus.

Pour leur permettre de survivre dignement dans cet enfer en espérant une éventuelle évacuation vers l'Egypte, je fais appel à votre générosité et surtout à votre humanité. Merci pour eux.

Hello to all,

My name is Meyssane Soliman and I am making this appeal for donations for my family in Gaza. I come back to you to help another member of my family who needs our help to survive the inhumane conditions and forced displacement in Gaza.

This family is on the verge of physical and psychological exhaustion.

Hend is one of my cousins. She’s a biologist and worked in a medical lab before the war. She is married to Mohammed, a lawyer.

They have three beautiful children: Yousef 9, Ahmed 8 and Diana 3.

They were happy despite the difficulties of life in Gaza and had hope for a better future for their children.... and war broke out, shattering their lives and all their dreams.

Being thrown from one place to another in the small Gaza Strip, they live in fear and fright, fearing the next bombing.

From the southern Gaza Strip, they were displaced to Zawayadah and have been through very difficult days. They were then forced to move to Rafah. Then the order was received to evacuate to another destination. This is their daily life, wandering from one place to another in search of safety that they have nowhere else, looking for food for their children, clean water, medicines.... They have been living in a tent in the freezing cold of winter or the scorching heat of summer for 10 months and sleep on the ground, do not have access to electricity, gas or sanitary facilities...

There is no need to describe their deep suffering and the degree of precariousness and vulnerability in which they live. The war continues with its daily horrendous lots and the hope of a ceasefire gets farther away every day.

To allow them to survive in dignity in this hell, hoping for a possible evacuation to Egypt, I appeal to your generosity and especially to your humanity. Thank you for them.
